Before I start my rant let me say that that I travel for pleasure three to four months out of the year and rarely wire comment, but I had to this time. NOTHING happy about hotel Ohm by Happt Culture. 1. Location: not great but reasonable enough. 2. Staff: nice - no complaints. 3. Price: BE CAREFUL. Quoted one thing; got charged more than double and claimed it was because the Rugby World Cup was in town. 4. Rooms: pictures speak a thousand too many words. Maybe half the size of what pictures show. 5. Bedding: not comfortable at all. 6. Housekeeping: really bad. Don't know how to clean guest rooms. Bathroom barely cleaned. No vacuum or mop. 7. Elevator: a) AWFUL. Only goes to 7th floor. My room on 8th floor. Had to drag luggage up tiny stairs barely wide enough for one person. b) Micro size. Two people with luggage didn't fit. Had to make two trips. 8. Bathroom: tiny tiny tiny. Leaky low pressure shower. Awfully old and very small bath towels. 9. Amenities: none - so safe in room; no USB plugs. No storage space. No refrigerator. 10. Breakfast: a) food - no hot food just stale cold cuts. b) area: so small, had to wait for TINY table or eat standing up - not happening. 11. Should really be a one star NOT the. Need I say more?

My money was stolen in this hotel, from the locked safe !!! In room 406 !!!On 08.07.2023, I locked my passport, account receipts, wallet, and a lot of money in the safe in the room and went out, I also saved the password on my phone when I left. Before using the safe, I checked if it was working when it was empty, it was locking and opening properly. When I returned to my room at night, the first thing I did was to try to open the safe, but it kept giving an error, I tried many times, it gave an error every time, I called the reception, they said that they could help in the morning because the person who could open the safe would come in the morning. The person at the reception came in the morning, opened the safe in 30 seconds and left. When I checked, I saw that my passport, account receipts, wallet, everything was there, except my money in cash !!!! More than 1000 euros were missing!!! I immediately went down to the reception. The receptionist, instead of being alarmed and surprised, reacted completely defensive saying "we did not steal your money, no one entered your room, if you put your money in the safe, we are not responsible, prove that you put your money there!!!" This is not the normal reaction of anyone you tell your money is missing! It was very clear that someone had entered my room, my bathroom was cleaned and my bed was made, and when I said that we would check the security cameras to see who entered my room, he said that there were no cameras in the hotel. And he was completely indifferent and not interested! I called the police. Hours before my flight, I had to go to the police station to report the incident, now the case will continue with the police investigations. At the same time, we got in touch with the hotel manager Souad Bouhassane and asked for support. All she did was to send a document showing the entrances and exits to the room, which showed only half of the day of the incident. She provided no data for entrances after 15.40. All she did so far was a simple reply saying that only the cleaning staff entered the room, that there was no evidence the money was stolen, and we should cover our losses from the insurance and wait for the police to follow up. No investigation, no review of full details, no updates to customer, no concerns! A hotel stealing money off customers' safes! Unimaginable but this place is very shamelessly doing it. Stay away for your own safety.

Really nice staff ever! They are super friendly and hotel is nice and clean with AC. Highly recommend to everyone wants to stay in Paris. Good location in Paris. The hotel is located at really quiet and safe area.

Very nice staff , helpfull and always smiling , Also the neighborhood felt very save ,24 hours coffeee ( a very good one ) , tea water and snacks service at the reception was a plus . Metro station just a couple of minutes away .

We are just back from a stay in this hotel and wanted to say we had an amazing experience. Location was great lovely area. Hotel was to top standard loved the coffee, facilities little touches like puzzle/game for children in reception. Rooms well equipped (not massive but all we needed for a place to stay) and clean. Location was walking distance to the paris football stadium which we did a tour of and kids ate at McDonald’s on the way back. Easy bus transport to and from the Eiffel Tower. Lovely market along the next street on the Sunday morning. The staff were brilliant so friendly and very helpful and it was much appreciated to make our stay extra special. Thank you
